“I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Acura MDX from Niello and as part of Acura’s required certification process it was supposed to have gone through a 182-point inspection. When we got the car home we noticed the infotainment center had a yellow exclamation indicating a system update was needed. The system said it was last updated in early 2025 and this is February of 2026 when we purchased the car. We took it to our local Acura dealer (not Niello) and they had to do the update and confirmed it should have been done as part of the certified pre-owned inspection.
I have serous doubts whether Niello performed the 182-point inspection as they should have identified the need for a system update. Buyer beware.”

I have never experienced the level of professionalism that I did when purchasing my 2018 Toyota Tundra. A special thanks to Brian Powers for making the entire process so much easier.
