“This was my second time having my 2018 F‑250 serviced at Future Ford. My first visit wasn’t great, but they asked me to give them another chance—and this time they absolutely nailed it.
The truck is going to Montana and was due for a PM service anyway, so I took this opportunity to get the service completed, along with their safety inspection. Service Advisor Jason Weber was my contact, and he turned out to be exemplary. I pointed out acid buildup on my battery hold-down brackets (6.7L diesel, dual batteries) and asked about replacing them. Instead of upselling, Jason suggested cleaning and restoring them so that just represented honest, practical service to me.
Jason kept me updated throughout the process, and when I picked up the truck, the first thing he showed me was the brackets—cleaned, painted, and looking brand new. That small gesture said a lot. It showed attention to detail, pride in the work, and a commitment to doing what’s right for the customer.
Anyone can swap parts. Not everyone takes the time to restore something when it’s the better solution. Jason earned my trust, and Future Ford earned their second chance.”

“From the moment they picked up the phone, I knew I wanted to buy a car there! Marcie was extremely helpful with my purchase, and quickly responded to every single one of my inquiries, and requests. She went above and beyond to provide me with amazing service over the phone, and throughout my time at the dealership. Bijan in finance was exactly the same experience. He made sure to thoroughly explain the whole process to me, and was straight forward with everything. “I purchased a Mach E from Lee at Future Ford, over the phone from Reno. Lee, the Internet Sales Manager was amazing explaining the car, purchase process, and was so patient with me as I asked a million questions and took my time to make a decision. Joseph, the finance manager, was great to work with also. They both stayed at the dealership long after hours to get the sale completed and the car delivered to my door the very next day. Jerry was my delivery driver and kept me informed of his progress and was right on time! I couldn’t be happier with the team at Future Ford and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.”
