“Got me the car I wanted and I'm living out of state. Cliff has been been super attentive, kind, patient, and very forward. He even test drove the car for me and informed me of an issue needing attention, kept me updated throughout the process of having the rim replaced, and was totally fine and understanding with me constantly asking for updates 😃 Also, Devin and Sandra both stayed in close contact without being overly aggressive for a sale. 100/10 will buy from again, y'all are the best!”

“In response to Devon’s reply to my wife’s review (Tiffany Leckel). Not sure what you mean when you say “repurchase”. We had purchased the vehicle. You took our deposit, we signed all the paperwork, twice I might add, and took possession of the 2016 RAM. If you’d like to discuss us potentially repurchasing the vehicle, feel free to reach out. You have our contact information. However, the issues noted by your service department still need fixed. It is a fact that bad ball joints can cause a serious accident, if not fixed promptly. Our five year old was going to be in that truck, and was in it. Then to top it off your service department also found bad struts and sway bar bushings. It is unethical to sell a vehicle, not to mention it is illegal, without disclosing such problems. I specifically asked Bobby if there were any issues with it when he dropped it off and he said no. Within two hours it was squeaking so loudly you could hear it a mile away, and then died, while my wife and our daughter were in town, and in the middle of traffic. You’re lucky they didn’t get in to an accident then. Andy and Matt assured us ALL of those problems would be addressed and fixed. We believe Andy wanted to fix everything but we were informed the sales department refused. Nothing about this entire situation, and how my wife was treated (and on her birthday), is okay. If you truly want to make things right, then fix the truck so we can get it back. So we can “repurchase” it. We did in fact want the truck. Just think it’s ridiculous you want us to pay almost $2,000 to fix something that was wrong with it before we bought it, on top of the purchase, and finance, costs. Please refer to the attached document from YOUR service department regarding the other issues that have yet to be fixed. Also, there was a literal rats nest in the engine, which is why it died and the check engine light came on. Not sure how it passed any type of inspection with that there. Adding the picture of that finding as well.”

“Wish I could give zero stars. Bought a white 2016 RAM, with an off road lift. Within two hours of having it I noticed a loud squeaking sound coming from the front end. Valvoline also noticed it when I took it to have the oil changed the same day we got it (money down the drain because they refuse to reimburse those funds). It then died on me, in the middle of traffic, with my five year old in the rig with me, and the check engine light came on. Spoke with Matt, in sales, and Andy, from the service department, both agreed to fix the issue’s. We were told it was ready to pickup yesterday and I noticed only the check engine light issue’s were fixed. Asked today why the lower ball joints (on both sides), the struts, and the sway bar bushings weren’t fixed. Was treated terribly and told they weren’t fixing those thing’s. Even though the video from the service tech stated all of that stuff needed done and they “don’t look great”. Matt dismissed it and said none of that stuff was a “big deal”. Tried to tell me it passed the safety inspection prior to selling it and they were not fixing the front end issue’s. Ended up telling them to just keep it then because we don’t want to deal with a place that doesn’t care about their customer’s safety, or the safety of everyone else around us on the road. Find any other car lot. This place will sell you a safety compromised vehicle, refuse to fix it, treat you like crap, and not bat an eye. Adding the note from the service department. Would add the video if I could. I’m sure they plan on putting this truck back up for sale too, without fixing the safety issue’s. Added the VIN number from the truck key tag so nobody else buys this death trap without it being fixed. Sad they didn’t want to do the right thing. Don’t want to fix it and don’t want to reimburse the money we put in to it. Was such a great way to spend my birthday. Update: Devon, the general manager, has terrible customer service skills as well. Had the audacity to hang up on me. This whole place is a joke. Would rather lose money on it, and send it to auction, then fix it and make some money off of it. All while claiming that fixing it would “break the bank” for them. Which is ridiculous considering they’re a multi billion dollar company. Just lies upon lies. What a sleazy car lot. Btw, Devon, the “pattern” is shady car lots that think they can sell crap, safety compromised, vehicles without disclosing issue’s like what was wrong with this truck. You are still held to a standard, legally, and it is not comparable to “fb marketplace”. 🤦‍♀️ Guess your only smart move was “letting” us out of the deal. Had you not, and still refused to fix it, we would’ve absolutely sued you. We would’ve won too, just like we are with the other place. I do know the laws, thanks to our attorney. Besides, if you really thought you were right, doubt you would’ve let us out of the contract. Also, there are good car lots out there. We bought an amazing car from one, right before finding the truck at your lot. Yes, they are fixing the issue’s that car had. Must be a shock to you guy’s, a car lot doing the right thing. We will just wait and get a truck from them, when they get one that we’re looking for. Sick of all the shady places, like Lithia. I will be reaching out to the actual owner regarding this as well. Wonder if he knows how his company is being ran.”

“Had a great experience buying my first truck at this dealership. Sales representative “Micah” was awesome, was not pushy, very respectful and polite. Made the experience very pleasant. Dealership gave me a great deal on my trade in as well. Overall 10/10 experience!”

“After finding the EXACT Ford F350 Super Duty I've been looking for at Lithia Ford of Roseburg online, I inquired after hours on Lithia's website. I was contacted almost immediately (not expecting to be contacted until the following business day) by Sandy in customer service. Sandy forwarded my information to salesman Scott, who contacted me the following morning. Scott was able to give us all of our options very quickly, upon which we decided to purchase the vehicle. Scott then put us in touch with Christinna in finance, who processed our information very quickly, and was also extremely helpful. Scott was also able to set up shipping for us at a very reasonable rate being out of state buyers. We received our new F350 the other evening, and couldn't be happier with our purchase! Sandy, Scott, and Christinna were all extremely helpful, professional, friendly, and excellent at communicating with us. Any questions we had were answered immediately via text/email/phone. I would recommend Lithia Ford of Roseburg to anyone (out of state buyer or not) looking for their new Ford. Thank You Lithia Ford of Roseburg, and Thank You Sandy, Scott, and Christinna! It has been very nice doing business with you!!!”
