“I am writing this review because honestly I have dealt with some pretty bad people in my lifetime but going to Rome pre-owned auto dealership was one of the best decisions I have made in my life! They help me tremendously with everything I needed to do to get a car on the road and get myself into a new used car. I haven't had a car in two and a half years because I had gotten scammed a couple times trying to get a car fixed and they made the process so simple and they were so courteous and so kind and very very nice and helpful. I would recommend anybody and everybody to go there if they need to get a new used car. They even help me with my insurance thank you Brandon and thank you Anthony and I'm sorry I didn't get the one gentleman's name that I signed the paperwork with but thank you him too they were all wonderful. I recommend them and I will continue to go there in the future for any of my automobile needs. They even had my car running with the heated seats on in the winter to go pick my car up just to make the whole process even better and to go so smoother it shows that they did really do care about their customers. Thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart I appreciate everything your auto dealership has done for me. You guys are my heroes!”
