“Joseph answered all my questions while going over the paperwork. Very knowledgeable. Jacob was great, went for a test drive, but already knew what I wanted before going in. Received a letter prior about an exchange, but ended up not going through that lender, but another one for a better finance rate. This is my 2nd vehicle w James Mitsubishi in Rome. Thank you so much”

“I went back in November and had a very pushy salesman, David, he wouldn’t tell me about the car’s price, APR, anything financial related. He was being very shady. He didn’t appear to know much about the cars, and if he did he wasn’t telling me about them. He just kept having me test drive cars he thought I’d like and didn’t tell me anything about them. I came in for a flyer I received in the mail for a deal trading in your older financed car for a newer one, I asked him about it and he literally blatantly ignored the question. The last car I bought, a different dealership screwed me over with the APR, so after that I ask lots of questions and take my time. This guy wanted to make a quick sale and be done with it. I went to Friendly Honda in Fayetteville, and they were friendly, understanding and upfront and honest about every aspect of the sale. GO TO FRIENDLY HONDA, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!”

He laid it all out and gave us the best deal that we could get. The transparency that he gave us is what ultimately pushed us to end up buying a vehicle.”
