“Super simple process! I submitted my trade in video simply online on the truck I had my eye on that I had to have. they reached out first thing Monday morning I had the pleasure of working with Jeremy who is a great guy all around! I got to the dealer the that evening after work he had the truck up front ready to test drive for me and answer all my questions. It was late on Presidents’ Day so financing wasn’t possible that evening but was able to get approval next morning which I then returned to a freshly cleaned and detailed brand new truck with a full tank he kindly walked me through all the features and helped me set everything up I had an overall 10/10 experience! I love my new truck! (I’ve never bought from a dealer before either) Huge thanks to Jeremy and also Ryan in finance! Thanks guys!”

This has nothing to do with the dealership but everything to do with Chevrolet and GM. I repeat…Miller’s staff and dealership are awesome. However the product that they represent and sell everyday is garbage. I spent a lot of money out the door on 8/23/25 and my 2025 Tahoe has broken down twice. The second breakdown was a transmission failure with 2,373 miles on it. I will probably need to get a lawyer to fight this uphill battle, that’s on me…… The research I had done before going with the Tahoe was all around the failure of the Gasoline engines and that’s why I went with the Diesel 3.0 Duramax. I didn’t realize the amount of transmission failures they are having in the 25 and in some instances the 26 models across the board. Buyers please be aware that you could be purchasing a ticking time bomb if you go with a GM product. Again the guys at the dealership are awesome, they do a great job and are truly about the customer experience. But the product is really trash. Please please research before you spend your money.

After my 2025 Tahoe Duramax had a complete transmission failure, I had to file suit against General Motors. Although it qualified under lemon law, they initially declined a buyback. In arbitration, they offered me $3,000—“a slap in the face.” For me, it became about principle, not money. GM only patched the original failed transmission rather than fully replacing it. After five months, I’ve been approved for a full refund—but I haven’t actually received it yet. Miller Chevrolet was great, but GM’s handling was unacceptable.

My wife and I shopped for a 2025 3.0 Duramax Tahoe for a month or so. Initially we took the traditional route, going to the local Chevrolet dealerships in the Knoxville TN area. We were not able to find what we were really wanting, we expanded our search to the Southeast and eventually a national search. We found 10 or so Tahoes that were a perfect match, I emailed every dealership simply asking for an out the door price. Several came back with very expensive quotes, 2 came back with “approximate pricing”, 2 came in with legitimate prices.
Mike Osberg from Miller Chevrolet understood the assignment! We had the deal done before I flew one way to Roger’s MN. Mike made the whole process seem less and it was a wonderful car buying experience. It was a 12 hour drive back to Knoxville TN. The pricing was so good, it almost paid me $700 per hour in car price savings compared to the other quotes I got. With that said, I used frequent flyer miles and hotel points so that didn’t cost me anything. Miller was just really really good. Nice job Mike and Team.”

“This is a review for the Sales Team as I haven’t been in to have my truck serviced there at all. Josh the salesman was incredibly helpful in setting everything up, from the initial visit to the specific questions I had before my purchase, to setting up everything technologically related on my account and truck. He seemed like he would be a good person to help with someone that maybe isn’t so great with technology, and he was so knowledgeable he was able to bypass or expedite a couple processes that would have taken longer had he not been there. Ryan in the finance office was likewise just as knowledgeable and efficient with that process and had every answer I needed throughout the process. Excellent people to buy a truck from.”

“I was specifically looking for a Riptide Blue Blazer. After having no luck finding one locally and the local dealers telling me they couldn’t get one without additional costs, I reached out to several dealers in nearby states. Josh Lindfors emailed me from Miller Chevrolet and we were able to come to a price I was happy with (about $2500) less than any local dealer. Josh stayed in contact with me as the vehicle was in transit. When the Blazer arrived, we made arrangements to pick it up. Josh made the process very smooth and explained things very well (out of state purchase). We love our new Blazer and would highly recommend Josh and Miller Chevrolet.”
