“Overall, the buying experience was mostly okay up until the paperwork was signed. The staff was friendly enough during the sale, and the process itself went fairly smoothly. However, once the sale agreement was completed, it became very clear that customer service dropped off significantly. Within two weeks of purchase, a car door protector broke, and despite bringing it to their attention, they have failed to offer any solution or repair. Communication since the sale has been minimal and unhelpful. I didn’t expect perfection, but I did expect the dealership to stand behind the vehicle—at least for an obvious issue that appeared almost immediately after purchase. Based on my experience, don’t expect much support once the deal is done.”
