Sam, my sales rep, and the entire team worked hard to make something happen for me. When I tell you they didn’t quit—they did not quit. They got me into a 2025 Nissan Versa with only 2,900 miles on it, and my payments are very affordable and comfortably within my budget. I was in total disbelief the whole time, and Sam along with the finance rep Alvin stayed supportive, encouraging, and patient every step of the way. Funny thing is, the bank initially approved me for a very nice 2026 Kicks, then kicked it back. Instead of being discouraged, I looked at it as God showing me what He can do—because even when my eyes said “you don’t qualify,” God said otherwise. And the end result was exactly what I needed. At one point I watched Sam and the whole team working on my application, and it literally looked like they were performing surgery—everybody focused, communicating, and determined to get that approval. They even offered me food (I think it was Popeyes chicken 😄), and while I wasn’t hungry at the time, I truly appreciated the kindness. If you’re having doubts—go anyway.
