“My experience overall was pretty good. My sales rep was Ben. The whole process went pretty smooth. I bought a 2024 Lexus used, still in great condition. I did have two spots of paint chipped that I was told could get touched up before I left, and that didn’t happen, but I was able to get in touch with Ben and hopefully will get that scheduled within the next two weeks. The car was supposed to be detailed, when I got there it was already getting dark, so I didn’t notice till the next morning that it was not detailed very good, there was stuff all in the cracks, spots on the seats etc, had to go buy supplies and clean it myself.”
