I had an outstanding experience at Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre, and I can’t say enough great things about James Kamhawy (Sales) and Nicole Hamill (Finance). From the very beginning, James made the entire car-buying process feel easy, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. There was zero pressure—just great guidance and clear communication every step of the way. I’ve been coming to this service center since 2020, and over the years I’ve had numerous visits—everything from flat tires to system malfunctions. No matter the situation, Ruth has consistently made sure my experience was comfortable, professional, and stress-free. She goes above and beyond in her role.
