Then why ask for a deposit if you cannot guarantee that you will have that vehicle available. He showed no empathy and truly showed no interest in making a sale or accommodating our needs after he messed up his sale. The same day we called our original Mercedes sales person in the city and she was able to give us a better appraisal and the car in the color we were looking for. Customer service should be your number one priority.”
