“I had a great experience at this dealer. When I arrived I looked at some of the inventory, then headed inside where I was greeted by Jancarlo, a very friendly and professional representative. He showed me a few different cars, asked me questions to help me find the right car to suit my needs. When it came time to talk about price, I gave them my range on what I was willing to spend, they asked me what price I wanted the car for, and I gave them my number, and they were happy to meet me at that number. Not only did I get a good and fair price, they threw in a maintenance for my car, tires, oil and filter change, new air filters, etc… As the day went on I met with all of the staff from every department in the dealership, they all come and shake your hand, greet you with a smile and talk with you about the car you’re interested in. Overall I had a great experience here, and I’m planning on coming back to get my wife her next new car soon, thank yoy KARP Auto!!!”

“I would give ZERO stars if I could. KARP IS SELLING BAD CAR PARTS AS IF THEY’RE NEW PARTS. BEWARE.
In March 2024, I had my vehicle serviced at High Velocity by Marc. I was supposed to have a new transmission installed. The invoice shows a total of $7,000. I only used High Velocity because that was a shop that was in network with my Warranty company, (Silver Rock) that also worked on Transmissions.
In November 2025, the transmission started giving me trouble. My vehicle would not reverse. THERE IS NO WAY IN HE|| THAT WITHIN A YEAR AND A HALF, A TRANSMISSION IS NOT WORKING AS DESIGNED !!!!
I spoke to Marcela (from High Velocity Automotive) in December 2025 and recorded the call. She told me that the transmission was a new transmission and that Karp Automotive is no longer in business or no longer doing business with Chevrolet.
I began conducting my own research and obtained the invoice for the transmission that High Velocity purchased from Karp. It says the transmission is REMANUFACTURED. That is NOT new.
I also had a diagnostic completed at Chevrolet of Valley Stream. The diagnostic confirms that the issue is INTERNAL and not EXTERNAL. Chevrolet of Valley Stream also informed me that with a new part such as a transmission, I am supposed to have a 3 year/100,000 mile warranty on it. I just want to get to the bottom of this. It’s been very stressful, frustrating and an inconvenience as I am still making payments on my vehicle and not able to drive it.”

“The purchase experience was truly one of the best I ever had. After turning in my Kia EV6 leased vehicle to a dealership in Utah, I was on a nationwide hunt to find a similar vehicle. I stumbled on Karp via Autotrader and was connected with James K. Purchasing a vehicle sight unseen is quite uncomfortable, but James quickly put my nerves at ease. He went the extra mile and more: keeping me up to speed through the whole process, taking videos of the vehicle, no nickel and diming, working with the shipping company to make sure the vehicle got on its way to me. Seriously unreal service. Felt like I had a friend on the other side of the country being my eyes and ears. Highly recommend!”
