“About 3 years ago we had our first service appointment at Graff, since then we've bought tires, had batteries replaced, brake jobs done, and had countless oil changes there. About 2 years ago we were in the market for a new to us mini van. Because of Lon and Tracy we chose to shop at Graff. They went above and beyond to help us find what we wanted in the price range we needed. The only reason we bought the vehicle we purchased was because of them and their involvement and commitment to the community. They were real and honest and built an incredible amount of trust. Without them running the show at Rockford's Graff location there is no reason for me to shop or service my vehicle there. Or recommend this dealership to anyone. The manner in which they were let go, is shady, disrespectful and just plain icky, like the slimy used car salesman vibe they were able to remove. If the owners of Graff are willing to scam their partners, whats to stop them from scamming customers? By letting them go you lost a loyal customer. Not only will I never do business there, I will never buy another Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep. I'll stick with Toyota or Honda, I trust them.”
