“We recently visited this dealership and had a mixed experience. The salesperson Patrick who helped us with the car was great — very kind, patient, and helpful, and we truly appreciated how smooth that part of the process was. Unfortunately, our experience went downhill when we sat down with Micheal schomer the finance manager to finalize everything. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, and made comments that felt racist and disrespectful. At one point, while reviewing paperwork, he said, “Congratulations, this passes as you not being terrorists,” which was completely inappropriate and offensive. We also explained multiple times that our cousin does not speak English, yet the finance manager repeatedly questioned this in a mocking way. When my cousin laughed because he didn’t understand what was being said, the finance manager responded with, “I bet he didn’t understand a word we said, huh,” which felt demeaning and unnecessary. On top of that, he was very aggressive and dismissive when we declined the warranty, questioning us in a rude manner instead of respectfully explaining our options. This behavior made what should have been an exciting moment extremely uncomfortable. No customer should ever be treated this way. The salesperson deserves credit, but management seriously needs to address how customers are treated during the finance process.”
