“I showed up unannounced! I was given a warm welcome by Kevin the manager and Peter, my sales person. I was looking for a specific vehicle and that’s where the focus stayed. I wasn’t rushed or pressured at all. It was a very relaxed experience. It was a pleasure to have Evan go over the vehicle with me. I am enjoying driving her everywhere. She is a white Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and her name is Lily. lol.”

“Was in the market for a new vehicle and attempting to find out information on how best to get out of my negative equity. I ended up working with Peter, which was great and sympathetic to my situation. He gave me a realistic approach and understanding and attempted to place me in a new car. I was able to take the car home for the night and test drive it. However, my experience took a drastic and very uncomfortable turn when introduced to the finance manager Rohan. He was VERY eager to get me into a new car, attempting on MULTIPLE occasions to get me to sign the deal and put money down the same day. I recognize the my credit situation was not the most ideal however he was very eager which made me increasingly uncomfortable. Additionally, when I took time to process Rohan personally called me inquiring when I would be able to come in and take possession of the car. Long story short, I was highly uncomfortable at all times working with the dealership. I felt as if it was an attempt o simply close a deal regardless of what I wanted or at what price point I was looking for. I ended up working with West Herr Ford next door on a deal that I was not pressured on and truly was granted as much time as I wanted to decide. And ultimately I purchased my vehicle from them, West Herr Ford next door. It’s not that I don’t recommend West Herr Jeep, but I’m not jumping up encouraging anyone to go.”
