“I’m writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the completely unprofessional way I was treated at your dealership. I came to Santa Motors fully prepared to purchase a specific truck. After allowing my credit to be run, I was approved for financing and only needed to provide a small down payment to secure the vehicle. I clearly communicated to Santino that I would be leaving a deposit to lock in the truck. He agreed and instructed me to come back the following day with cash. I even called ahead to confirm I was on my way. However, upon arrival, I immediately sensed something was off. Despite people being inside the dealership, I was told to “step outside” only to realize that Santino was actively attempting to sell the same vehicle I was already approved and deposit-ready for. Instead of being honest and upfront, he began making excuses and attempting to push me toward another vehicle that I had no interest in claiming I would need to put down even more money. It was unprofessional, deceitful, and frankly insulting. He then asked me to meet him “up the other ramp” to hand over my cash because it would supposedly be “safer.” After waiting over 20 minutes, I returned to find him on the phone with the bank trying to get someone else approved for the same truck I had already been approved for. That’s beyond unethical it’s a blatant breach of trust. Because of this mishandling, I was late to work, my credit now shows a hard inquiry, and I wasted my time and energy on a dealership that clearly values greed over integrity. The right thing to do would have been to honor your word and respect that a customer was already in process for that vehicle. This entire experience was disgraceful. I have zero interest in doing business with an establishment that conducts itself this way. I walked away because I refuse to support dishonest sales practices and I will make sure others are aware of how Santa Motors truly operates.I walked away because trust once broken can’t be repaired. This place is shady, greedy, and unprofessional from start to finish. God doesn’t bless mess —and this whole situation was nothing but that. Save yourself the headache and take your business somewhere that values integrity and keeps their word.”

“The Staff(Family) are very Friendly Helpful and take their time to make sure everything goes as smooth as possible. Mary helped me with everything including all the paperwork...she really knows her stuff. Angel is a brand new employee and u can tell he is going to be a great asset to the company. They treat their customers like family. I highly recommend going here. They are a no BS company and that's the way they like to run it. You can tell they are Genuine People. Annette & Santino helped me the 1st day I was there but I showed up way to late for a test drive (day before 4th of July) but they had the Tahoe ready for me to drive when I got there early on the 5th. Thats my new Vehicle. I also met Joe(owner) the 1st day and talking to him is what made my decision that I only wanted to deal with them. Joe Jr went with me on my test drive and answered every question I had and was very helpful. You can tell they really care about the vehicles they put out and the customers they deal with. While I was there, there was another customer Jennifer that purchased a vehicle 8 years earlier and had nothing but good things to say about them and the company. She was there to purchase another vehicle... If that doesn't say enough!!! If you want a good vehicle at a good price and people that care this is the place in Rochester that you need to go to.”
