“My salesman Matt Priest was on point from the time I walked in the door on Monday with a few questions. I asked what was the process of getting a car from Matthews Kia in Clay, NY to Greece? I requested an out-the-door price and what the process was for me to co-sign for my daughter. Matt had me fill out an application right there and sent my daughter an application and she filled it out and sent it back to him. Joe also helped with the application process. Before I left I was informed that they would have the vehicle in a day or two and delivery by Friday at the latest. Well we were able to pick the car on Thursday. Matthew contacted my daughter to transfer plates with the insurance company on Thursday morning and we went in that afternoon to complete paperwork and left with her new car. Very helpful, professional and really listen to what we wanted. Such a smooth transition and a great experience. Thanks to Matt for making car buying a good experience!”

“My Daughter and I went to look at getting her first car. We were truly taken care of by both Brian and Ron. It was like having a family member kindly and patiently help you get the best car to fit your needs and budget. I can't thank them enough for there kindness. I have never had a better car buying experience. If you are looking for a car, new or used, no matter your budget, I highly recommend going to visit Ron and Brian at Mathews Kia of Greece. They are genuinely kind good guys that will treat you like they would their family. Big thanks to Ron and Brian these guys deserve a raise.”

“Yesterday I came here to check out some cars as a first time car buyer and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was extremely nervous coming in, you always here that salesmen don’t actually care about giving you a good car at a fair price, but with the GM Brian Salamone he was very honest, helpful, and I felt as though he actually cared about me and the car I was going to buy. I wanted something reliable in my price range and he did exactly that for me. I test drove multiple cars with Ron Felix it wasn’t just informative but fun. Very kind and professional, and both him and Brian made sure I knew that the car I wanted was 100% up to me, they never tried to push me towards what was the better option for them. But showed me a bunch of options that was the best for me. I look forward to getting my first car and finally finding the right fit. I would recommend both Brian and Ron for your future car shopping experience.”

“I am so disappointed in this dealership the only pleasant experience was Phillip and his great customer service. The account manager did not do his job and it was a lot of miscommunication by him and not a pleasant experience dealing with when purchasing my mother’s vehicle. Then the service department was supposed to have my under coating done and sent my car to a company that did not do what I had paid for and had to return my vehicle a couple of times putting extra miles on my vehicle. I should have went with Bob Johnson Kia because they had the vehicle I purchased on their actual lot. The vehicle that I received was drove from Syracuse and put over 70 miles on it and they should have transported my vehicle on a truck so there wasn’t any miles add to it.They drove it on the highway and through the snow and the salt from the highway was on my vehicle before I could have it under coated. Was very upset about that because we thought they were going to transport by truck to the dealer. There was a lot of unnecessary stuff that took place with my purchase that should’ve happened and I should have went with Bob Johnson Kia because everything that happened with Matthew’s would not have happened with Felicia and we would have been happy instead of being mad and upset along with being disappointed. The only reason why we purchased was because of how Phillip treated us when we were car shopping and his great customer service and I had promised that if we didn’t find anything else that my mom was interested in we would be back to make the purchase with him. He apologized but it wasn’t him it was the account manager and the service department that made numerous mistakes and lack of communication and that’s not how you do business and treat your customers. I wasn’t going to write the review but when I started getting emails about purchasing other vehicles and then when the Sales manager sent me a email I just lost it because how dare you try to contact me about purchasing another vehicle or look into any leases with your dealership. I sent him a reply and ask to not be contact anymore about purchasing anything from them because of my experience. They did not try to do anything to rectify my experience or what they did. I will recommend other customers to purchase from Bob Johnson, they probably will have the vehicle you want on their lot.”
