“On 11/20/25 I couldn't get my sunroof to close. This happened an hour or so before the service department was closing for the night. I called and had been transferred to advisors who weren't available. I called a third time, spoke with Kaitlyn who went to ask an advisor instead of blindly transferring me. I was told I could bring it in, but they couldn't make any promises. Jack took a look, explained that I could bring it back tomorrow to see if they could squeeze me in as there was no availability until 12/2 and he was unsure if there was a loaner available that evening. I headed home, got a call from Kaitlyn minutes later that she did have a loaner available for me. I was able to turn right around since I was just up the street. This was a lifesaver as I don't have a garage. Jack assured me that my vehicle would be kept inside as to not cause further damage, and I was able to get a loaner the same night minutes before closing which I wasn't expecting.
