“I brought my 2011 BMW 328i in for a recall, and I was told the job would be finished within a day. However, during their work, they damaged the FRM module, and now I’ve been waiting for a full week. They keep telling me the part hasn’t arrived, and when I asked for a rental car until the repair is completed, they said they would check with BMW and get back to me — but I’ve only been sent around in circles with no response. It is extremely frustrating that they broke my car due to their own mistake and are taking no responsibility for it. In particular, an employee named Andy has been very rude, unprofessional, and dismissive toward me, especially after realizing I’m a foreigner. On the first day, they clearly told me the job would take about four hours and that I could pick up my car the next day at the latest. Now they are refusing to take ownership of the issue. This situation is completely unacceptable.”
