“We brought our 19 year old daughter here to buy her first car and had a great experience. The process was easy and didn’t take long either! Our salesman was Akhil and he was very kind and patient. When it came time to the finances we worked Corey Hemingway and he was great! He took the time to make sure our daughter knew what she was signing and asked if us, as her parents wanted to go over anything else. This is the place to go if you’re looking for a new vehicle!”

“Recently, I traded in my vehicle and purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I had a fantastic experience working with Product Specialist Kevin DeCaluwe in the service department. He provided clear, detailed information on my trade in, walked me through my options, and communicated consistently throughout the process.
A major benefit was working with one person from the initial contact through the final sale and delivery, Kevin made that seamless. Business Managers Garrett Griffin and Tim Sexton were also a pleasure to work with and helped make the closing process smooth and straightforward.
Overall, an excellent customer experience.”

“We are starting our family soon and decided it was time to find a new, reliable vehicle. We worked with Kevin DeCaluwe, and he did a fantastic job helping us prepare and find a vehicle that fits our needs. He even went out of his way to notify us when new vehicles arrived and saved one for us to test drive first.
We ended up purchasing a 2022 Pilot. There were a few issues identified before we finalized the purchase, but the dealership agreed to fix these issues. We were able to bring it back to have those items addressed, and they provided us with a loaner so we didn’t have to worry about transportation. The issues were resolved promptly, and we were back on the road quickly.
Kevin was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, especially when coordinating service appointments and ensuring everything was taken care of before we left. Overall, it was a very positive experience.”

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about Tom Kadlec Honda in Rochester, Minnesota. Even though I don’t currently drive a Honda, I’ve brought my vehicle there twice within the last year—and both experiences were absolutely exceptional.
From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine kindness, patience, and compassion. The team is personable, understanding, and truly focused on customer care. The quality of work they performed on my car was outstanding. It’s rare to find a service department that treats you like family even when you’re not driving their brand—but that’s exactly what they do.
A special thank you to Waylan and Britney for their outstanding service. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Their communication and attention to detail made the entire experience stress-free.
Last year, even the shuttle driver was amazing—friendly, professional, and accommodating. This time around, the loaner car I received was beautiful, clean, and incredibly reliable. Every touchpoint of my experience reflected excellence.
Honestly, the level of service alone makes me seriously consider buying a Honda in the future. When a dealership treats you this well before you even own one of their vehicles, that says everything.

“Purchased a 2026 Honda HRV from Tom Kadlec Honda in Rochester MN this week. I worked with salesperson Areia Grafton for several months finding the right car for me and my needs.
When I first walked into the dealership this summer, I specifically asked if there was a woman salesperson. The fantastic receptionist Connie introduced me to Areia. Right from that moment, I knew this place had good vibes and truly was there to serve the customer. They are not just about the numbers and making deals. They put people first. Areia ensured all my million questions were always answered timely, thoroughly, professionally and with care. She was patient with my need to take this big decision slowly and with a lot of thought. She never pushed a timeline on me. Areia prioritized building a rapport and working relationship with me that made this experience positive all the way through. I highly recommend Areia to anyone looking to find the next vehicle right for them.
