“I stopped into Rochester Toyota on October 4th after a negative experience on October 3rd at another dealership. I had the pleasure of working with James. I found the Dodge Durango my heart was set on. When I called about seeing the Dodge Durango, they let me know from the get go that it would not be ready after seeing it October 4th and I said that was okay. We went there and got to test drive it. We were very unsure if we would be approved for a loan. James was very patient as we filled out the application and answered any questions he was able to. After waiting for what felt like forever, we found out we were approved! We got through all the paperwork and then we were told once the Durango was finished with the recon process, James would call me and let me know I can pick up my new truck! James was very transparent and honest during this process. When the truck wasn’t finished to his quality, he sent it back through. Even then he was not happy to present it to me as it was so he decided to finish detailing the truck before I picked it up. I really appreciated this communication and transparency. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from James!! Thank you so much James.
