“Had a great experience buying a used 2018 Expedition from Rochester Ford, salesman Rob Jorgenson took great care of us! We had been looking around for an Expedition or similar vehicle and this Expedition, though very high miles, had an excellent service history and was a good price. We live in Duluth, and were able to work out an entire deal over the phone/email, and they even had a driver bring it home for us! Unfortunately, it had some transmission trouble, soon after we got it, but thanks to their 3-month/3000 mile powertrain, they actually sent up a loaner and took our Expedition back to Rochester, rebuilt the transmission and sent it back to us! A new transmission on a 200,000 mile truck! Really thankful we went with this particular vehicle, and this particular dealership, we would happily purchase from them again!”

“I dont leave reviews often, but this place deserves one. My husband and I have been looking for trucks and had been to a few dealerships and gave up. This was an endless cycle for us as many dealerships didn't have great salesmanship. We decided to take a mini vacation to Rochester, and look at some Toyotas (my husband loves them) we ended up at ford🤪. Mike was our salesman and by the end of the day, we were looking for two trucks. We found 1 that worked for us and Mike had all the info we needed without me having to google a thing. That alone was huge. Josh (our financial guy) worked extra hard on our difficult situation. Thank you Josh, You're a great asset to the company. I Can't say enough about these two gentlemen. Rochester Ford offers a lifetime power train warranty. HUGE selling point. When we went to pick it up, it was detailed and fueled up. I expect that in every dealership, but some dont. We bought our f350 from Dahl Ford of Onalaska two days later and we had to redo their detailing work🙄. Between Mike, Josh and the warranty, we will be coming here for our vehicles in the future. Our only regret is that they could only help us witth one truck instead of two. Again our situation was very difficult and doesn't reflect on Rochester Ford at all.”

Emily was the salesperson that worked with me, she was very straight forward, honest and her F150 knowledge was top notch, as was her knowledge on this specific truck that i purchased. Every question I had she was able to answer immediately. I haven't always had that experience with other sales people at other dealerships. Tom did the finance side for me and kept everything running quick and smooth.
