“If you’re looking for good customer service, don’t shop or service here. I came in for a simple oil change and a quote on a battery replacement. Waited well over two hours and had to walk to the service desk for updates. The service advisors won’t come talk to you face to face unless you go to them. They will only text you. They quoted the battery replacement and I asked a couple questions. I waited almost an hour for the answers to those questions. There are smaller shops in town that still believe in good service that will be getting my business. I guess good old fashioned customer service is a thing of the past for Park Place.”

“We drove from Minneapolis down to Park Place Motor Cars by, the BMW dealership in Rochester. It was totally worth the drive as they had a car that was just what we were looking for. We really preferred our experience in Rochester over the BMW dealerships in the Twin Cities. It was a little more low key and very friendly. We appreciated the entire team. Pat Kelley was our sales agent. He was a breath of fresh air. He was knowledgeable and confident without being pushy. We felt he was honest and that we could trust him. That goes for Steve, the sales manager and Dimitrius in finance too. All the extra options were presented at the end, but they didn't pressure us and graciously took no for an answer when we declined some of the add-ons. We were just buying a used sedan, but they treated us like we were making a high end purchase. Pat even took the time to set us up with the MyBMW app and even synched our phones with Car Play. They detailed the car and off we went. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you Park Place Motor Cars and especially Pat!”

“Today my wife and I were told we are unable to test drive a $22,000 car doo to manager discretion and when confronted the manager he explained there is no policy like that at his dealership. The sales guy had no knowledge on Teslas but proceeded to make us wait 15min to pull the car around for what we thought would be a test drive. He had another gentleman with him explaining how the car works right In front of us. He then tells us unfortunately we can’t test drive this car. Mind u we have bought 3 cars from them in the last 3yrs. The manager Tony says he will fix the problem but that still doesn’t change the service we received today.”
