“Buying process was pretty laid back with no pressure. But after purchase support was not there and the salesmen I spoke with prior just ended up ghosting me. I was assured my vehicle was refurbished for sale on their lot and went through a safety inspection. A few days after, I found out the battery failed the CCA test and had to be replaced. I could have gotten stranded or locked out of the vehicle due to this, so this was not safe. Two weeks later I went to adjust the tire pressure and all 4 tires are dry rotted. This was not something that was apparent when I checked out the vehicle as it was raining that day. The rear tires aren't too bad, but the fronts are bad, and there is even a pretty big crack on the sidewall on one of the tires. This is not safe at all. So whoever checked this vehicle over and/or did the state inspection did a terrible job. The salesman not contacting me is even worse. Don't trust what the dealership says about the health of a vehicle, if it is a used car definitely get a 3rd party pre-purchase inspection. In the end I bought a new battery and new tires. Thankfully I found a pretty good deal on those, but I shouldn't have paid for those this early in this car ownership. I still like the car I bought, but wouldn't buy another car from this group of dealerships.”

“Just had two Lincolns serviced at Magic City Ford/Lincoln this past week (wife's 2020 Continental and my 2022 Aviator). My wife and I were both extremely pleased with the work they did; they are professional and courteous. We both recommend them highly.”

“Purchased a brand new truck from them over the weekend. I live 2.5 from Magic City and Aaron Faust was a breeze to deal with from afar. Answered all of my questions, timely responded with texts and calls with additional information and pricing. I made my first trip down for the truck on Friday evening and didn’t realize my credit union changed their dealer payment procedure. After 3/4ths day of work, and a 2.5 hour drive, I was pretty upset I couldn’t take my new dream truck home that night. Aaron and Dujaun tolerated my temper tantrum well, and even coordinated delivering the truck to me once my credit union squared it away. Thankfully I was able to secure Monday to come down and pick up my new Super Duty. I showed up to a prepped, clean and fully fueled truck, paperwork was signed in under 30 minutes and I was on the road home. After getting home, I discovered a defect on one of the mirrors and they coordinated the repair for me at no cost with a dealership right here where I live. They’ve been good sports about it all from start to finish. Would do business here again! Thanks y’all!”

“My wife and I had a wonderful experience buying a new F150 Supercrew at Magic City in Roanoke. I saw our new truck on their website with an unbeatable price so started with a call to the internet sales manager. He connected me with Erica Sparks for the onsite sales consultation. Erica was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful in arranging a Saturday visit for us to see and test out the truck. We made the 2 hour trip to Roanoke and were met with friendly and professional folks who answered all of our questions. Erica was especially helpful in finding online answers to some of the technologically advanced options the new truck has. The sales manager was also very helpful in explaining new features, and treated us fairly on our trade. The dealership facilities are very nice, well appointed and comfortable to be in, the only drawback being Roku tv service in the waiting lounge (some of us older folks don't do well with Roku controls), but that is very minor :) . Post-sale support has been very good as well. Overall just simply a very pleasant experience. Even though it's a two-hour trip for us, we will contact Magic City again when the time comes for a replacement, and will request Erica Sparks when we do.”
