Earlier today there was a situation that created some concern for us, especially since we are traveling very early tomorrow morning. What truly stood out was the way it was handled afterward.
Jeremy and Don personally reached out, took the time to listen, and invited us back so they could check the vehicle themselves. Both stayed late to make sure everything was properly reviewed and that we felt comfortable moving forward with our trip.
I really appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness, and accountability shown by the leadership team. It made all the difference, and I’m grateful for the way they stepped in and took care of us.”

“I had an excellent car-buying experience at Berglund here in Roanoke. I intentionally waited until after my complimentary first oil change to make sure everything continued to go smoothly — and I can confidently say the service and treatment have remained top-tier.
From the start, the process felt seamless. I actually worked with two salesmen (Andrew & The Buick Specialist) at the same time, which kept everything moving efficiently without delays. They truly made the experience feel organized and stress-free. I also had a heartfelt moment with the finance officer, who took the time to genuinely get to know me as a person, not just a customer. That level of care meant a lot.
What stood out even more was the overall atmosphere. Other staff members around the dealership congratulated me on my purchase as I walked through the lot, which made the moment feel even more special and welcoming.
To top it off, I was in a rental car at the time, and my salesman personally drove me across town to return it — a gesture I truly appreciated.

“I came looking for a Chevrolet Traverse - a blue one with All Wheel Drive. I found one on their website that I liked. That one was not available when I got there but there was a RS model with the features I wanted in blue! It was more expensive but I bought it. My salesperson, Jon Jones, was very helpful. He did an excellent job explaining the features of the car on the lot and helped me determine that it had all the features I wanted and a whole lot more. The purchase process was easy. His manager was very nice and respectful in his interaction with me. The finance manager was very knowledgeable with the financing process. The entire deal went very smoothly even though it was a Federal holiday. I received a follow-up call today from Jon who wanted to make sure I understood how to use the newer features. His sales manager has followed up a couple of times. They went out of their way to be helpful and nice to me.”
