“My experience with the service department was horrible!!! We were not treated like a loyal customer. Was waiting to speak to the manager of the service department and was totally ignored by him the whole time. We purchased one of our cars there over 15 years ago and have been going to them for years for service. Was charged 200.00 for diagnostic test to find out that the part that needs to be repaired, is not made anymore. Not once did anyone try to accommodate us Or help us with this issue. It felt like they were just brushing us out the door. The fact that the manager did not come out and try to resolve or sympathize with our situation says a lot about the leadership and customer service in that particular service department. Common sense would tell you that a negative experience will Spread faster than a positive one. I will never recommend anyone that I know to buy or have a car serviced at that dealership. Completely awful experience. I would have expected that type of behavior from children or teenagers but definitely not from grown men in an established business like that. At least make me feel that you guys are trying to help us. Did not feel that at all. Was going to get the car totally repaired for my teenage daughter but I definitely will not be doing business with your company any more.”
