“The people here are very up front and honest. My estimate is what I ended up paying. No surprise charges. They helped me replace a slashed tire. Figured while I was there, I'd get a oil change and new air filter (that's a $75 cost), and instead of doing the service and up charging me, (like most places would have done) he told me I didn't need one bc I put less than 3,000 miles on my car. They actually want to help you SAVE money. Great customer service. Very nice employees.”

“I've bought a lot of vehicles. Moss Bros Dodge Riverside was probably the best experience I had purchasing a vehicle. Our sells rep. Jett and the rest his crew took the time needed to help make a great deal and not in a pushy way that 99% of other car dealers are like. We actually went home and came back the next day to buy for them because of the no pressure selling. Thank you Moss Brothers Dodge. We love our new Jeep Gladiator.”

“My name is Oscar Vargas Lemus, and I am very disappointed with my experience at Moss Bros. Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Riverside, specifically the service department. I brought my 2018 Dodge Charger Daytona in on December 3, 2025 for a diagnostic. I was told the vehicle would need to stay up to 5 days, which I agreed to. Instead, the car remained at the dealership for 7 days and was picked up on December 10, 2025. When I picked up my vehicle, it was returned with severe water spot damage all over the exterior, especially on the hood. I dropped the car off clean, and this damage was clearly not present beforehand. The condition appears consistent with hard water being left to dry on the paint while the vehicle was in the dealership’s care. I immediately raised the issue at pickup with the service advisor on duty, Jacob Ormonde, and was told an investigation would be conducted, which could take up to 5 days. I waited the full timeframe. I also made multiple follow-up attempts to resolve this issue, including contacting Aubrey Ingram, and submitting written complaints through: The dealership’s online contact form The “Talk with Glenn” form Despite these efforts, I received no response, no update, and no resolution. The lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. If a customer’s vehicle is damaged while in a dealership’s possession, the minimum expectation is a response and a plan to correct the issue. I am posting this review because all attempts to resolve the matter privately were ignored. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service department.”
