“I’ll start by saying I didn’t actually purchase a car from this location — I bought mine from Long Hyundai in Chattanooga. I was simply accompanying my partner during their vehicle purchase. Lamar, our salesperson, was fantastic! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and anything but pushy — which was incredibly refreshing. He genuinely made the car-buying experience enjoyable, which isn’t something you can say often. I’ve never seen anyone demo a car with that level of knowledge both before and after the test drive — he really stood out. Next, we interacted with Leighann, one of the sales managers. At first, she came across as a bit firm and wasn’t too open to negotiating, which made the experience feel more like a typical dealership visit. After we left, Josh, the general sales manager, came out and mentioned he had just gotten off the phone and was able to secure us a lower rate. At that point, the team became much more open to negotiating — and that’s ultimately what got the deal done. Compared to my experience at Long Hyundai in Chattanooga, this visit definitely felt more positive overall, and I appreciated how the team came through in the end.”
