“I have seen 2 instances with 2 of my family members that have had issues with the service department. They have no concept of time. First, it was my mother, then it was my son. My son’s truck is still in the service department at this time waiting for the work to be completed. A loaner was given for 2 days as a “rental”, but now he has no way to go. Several friends have had the same issues with less than acceptable experience.”

“Daquan was the best salesman I've ever interacted with. When my wife and I entered we wanted a vehicle but wasn't sure if we were going to purchase. Daquan was full of energy and excitement with our first interaction. He was patient, very patient. He answered all of our questions and help us make a final decision, which was not an easy process. He found exactly what I wanted down to the color. The process I hated was made pleasant, thanks to Daquan at Rincon Chevrolet. You are greatly appreciated.”

“They have this big sale online advertised I started with Someone named Reggie who he was sending my application to Finance, didn't hear back from someone 3 hours later who basically said they were just now sending it to finance name Logan. This was 2 days ago here we are day 3 still no answer even after they ran my credit. Terrible communication and I STILL don't have a answer after countless promises of we jump right on it and have a answer by close.
Update: Called and Spoke with General Manager he was more concerned about how I got to him and just said I usually don't handle these situations I'll pass it on to the Sales Manager and if course still nothing. It starts with the leader attorney sounds like the next step”

“Wonderful dealership. Dakwane was very friendly and set me up with a car I didn't think I could get being a first time buyer. The manager worked with me and the other employees were very welcoming and friendly. The process was quick and straightforward. They even filled my tank up before I left. That said, I look forward to doing business with them for years to come!”
