“I had a mailer for an oil change for my 2018 Armada for $19.99. Great deal! Today, February 5, I went to get my oil change. This was my first time there. I was greeted and checked in and went off to the waiting room. After the service was completed, the service desk rep came and asked if I would be paying cash or card and that the coupon was expired and it would be full price.
He showed me, in very tiny print, a January 31 expiration date. So I can't argue with that. But we have just come through an ice storm and a snow storm and the shop was probably closed much of the past week. The parking lot was still a mess. But his manager told him he could not honor the coupon.
This mailer that was supposed to make a new customer has created one that will not return to this dealership.”

“When it was time to buy my niece a car we were stressed, we were greeted by Kendell W and the stress disappeared from there. He was patient with us, took into consideration what we wanted for her & what she would want (it was a surprise for her), and it felt like hanging out with my favorite cousin so much so he even was part of the surprise. We were about to secure payments we're comfortable with, a safe vehicle, and all the features my niece wanted. I now bring my vehicle & my daughter's vehicle to be serviced there & when it was time to rent a vehicle for my mom he let me know they had her covered! Thank you Kendell for always providing an experience I know we wouldn't receive anywhere else.”

“I Went to Gunter Nissan located at 4760 Greensboro rd in Ridgeway Virginia, upon arrival I was greeted by a Salesman named Kendell Womack! I came to the dealership for vehicle repairs and ended up purchasing a vehicle. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicles in stock. I told him my price range that I was trying to be in, he showed me a car and my wife and I fell in love with it. I would highly recommend anyone in need of a vehicle to go see Kendell Womack! He will definitely get you taken care of!”

“Absolutely, I dont recomend at all. I brought my 2017 chrysler pacifica for a water pump repair, and next they said i need a thermostat housing and thermostat plus they said my valve cover was leaking oil. Im an experienced mechanic the only reason went to the dealer for the job to be done was because is under extended warranty. So the third of September, i went to pick up my van, i checked under my hood to see the jobs that had been done, and the motor cover was missing! We return back and they said they had put in the trash, it was in brand new condition! One of the mechanic have to go dumpster diving to find it, he came back with a few he had found in there, none were the right cover. He finally found it laying around inside the shop. They didnt put everything back together as it was. Im missing bolts that are supossed to hold the water line, they forgot to clamp the upper right side hose, found this out as i was wondering why my reservoir was empty yet again and i could smell antifreeze AGAIN! But, supossedly they fixed that.. They cut the plastic vinyl in my dash trying to remove the gear shifter, they claimed was bad, mind you i drove my van for a month before going to these guys, without any issues at all with my shifting! This has been a horrible experience for me being my first time ever bringing my vehicle to a dealer for service. I dont really recomend. Please be sure any repairs you get through these guys, you take time to look under your hood to be sure all your bolts and screws are there, and to be sure they aren't throwing parts of your property into thier dumpster without asking you first lol. Mr Camerson Strickland we spoke about the situation in the service department about the job they did in my van and all the missing parts and is u remember right i should my van dashboard how got cut when they trying to pull the shifter out do u remember and in exchange u offer to me few free oil changing in the service department and u was going to put notes about the situation. I do really like the owner of the dealer contact me or i be speaking to my Lawyer. Thank u.”

“We were greeted and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Found a really good deal on a Chevy Malibu. We easily agreed on a selling price and the process was pretty quick and simple. Thank you to Kendell Womack and Anthony Cunningham. Great customer service and really friendly people.”
