“I went Feb 10 and had 2 vehicles that I wanted to look at and drive. I pulled up and went to go look at them. Austin came out at and introduced himself to me. I told him exactly what I was there to do and what I wanted to look and he immediately went and got the keys for both. I explained to him that I hadn’t bought anything in over 12 years and my current suv was a 2008 so everything cars had now was completely new to me. He was AMAZING and patient. He showed me how all the new technology worked, answered all my questions and we laughed and joked. We drove the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited that I loved. We went back inside, he gave me the proposal and I told him what I could do and he came back from the manager and was able to give me exactly what I asked for. We set everything up to do paperwork 2 days later and finalize. I had a family situation come up so I wouldn’t be able to do that day so I called him on his day off and he rearranged his schedule to ,eat me and do everything earlier and then have the car ready for me that Friday when I got off work. Austin was a godsend. I can not say anything but great things about him. I brought my dad with me on the paperwork day so he could get out of the house and Austin was so nice to him and gave him a duck for his old jeep when he gave me mine and included him in the process of everything too. I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman and just human in general to get me thru the process.”
