“I wish i had a better experience with sheehy ford. I purchased a "certified" preown in February, a 16 ram with 108k on it. I paid 18k for it. Thats 4k over the value of this truck so you would think that it would have been ready to go and worth the value they wanted for it. 3 months in the exhaust rusted out from a cheap and quick patch job, call sheehy, they dont do exhaust and thats not covered by the warranty i paid an extra 3k for. 450 dollars out of my pocket. 6 months in, it needs a new motor. For 8 weeks i went back and forth between sheehy, the warranty company, and the dodge dealer next door they sent my truck to trying to get this 3 day job done. The warranty company said the shop was overcharging, the shop said the warranty company wasnt paying enough, and all sheehy had to say was sorry cant help you. I plead to the management in every single department at sheehy, sales, service, and customer relations, explained my situation and no one would help me. I had to come out of pocket 3 more thousand dollars to get my truck back, my source of making money that I had been without for 2 months.That was everything i had saved up, plus maxing out a credit card. That was my kids christmas money. I got nothing but a pile of debt from sheehy. I thought being the big company they are that they would look out for their customers, but that was not the case for me.”
