I had a great experience at this dealer Mo was that sales rep taking care of me, he was fantastic, not pushy, not trying to sell lots of other things, very informative and helpful. It felt like a good deal for both. I bought an used Mazda from them Kris at financials was super as well. Much better experience than I had in Nissan of Richmond where I felt robbed I recommend them ☀️

Service center is an absolute joke. Gave them multiple tries to at least pretend to have good customer service, but they failed every time. Borderline shady business practices as well. First incident was a check engine light and a part that needed to be replaced. Was well under warranty (by 20K+ miles) and they still tried to charge me almost $1K to fix it. Was eventually resolved, but not without a fight. Second time I took it in for routine maintenance. Filled out the appointment reservation online and was quoted around $900 for everything that was due (Confirmed against the scheduled maintenance in the car manual. Lived in Germany for three years and they always used and stamped the schedule in the back of the manual, which was amazing). When I got there, they told me it would be around $1,600 for everything and was told "oh yeah the website hasn't been accurate for awhile". They also told me I needed new rear brakes at a cost of around $1K. I don't know a whole lot about cars, but I knew I still had plenty of life on my pads. Took it to my old guy at Delta V in the city and he confirmed I had plenty of life left on my brakes and didn't need them replaced anytime soon. This last time I had another check engine light, this time for a sensor that needed to be replaced (brake booster pressure). Made the appointment and brought my car in before noon on a Saturday. They charged a $212 "mandatory" diagnosis fee, even though I had my OBD2 reader in hand with the code and the part listed that needed to be replaced. Whatever, I don't have time to do it myself so I left my car there. Hadn't heard anything by around 4 that afternoon so I called to get an update. The girl that answered legit wouldn't tell me the status of my car because I couldn't remember the name of whichever "rep" I was working with. Lady, I take my car in to have maintenance done like 3 times a year, I don't remember the name of the person who took my keys from me. Gave her my name and asked to figure it out and call me back. Few minutes later dude called and said "oh the tech said your starter is done and you need a new one." That was news to me because I hadn't had any problems at all with the starter and that was completely unrelated to the sensor I had originally brought the car in to have replaced. Said no thanks and I'd be in shortly to get my car. When I got there, the girl said I was lucky my "rep" was still there because otherwise I wouldn't be able to get my car back until Monday when he got back. This lady had my keys in front of her, my car was sitting outside in the parking lot, and my credit card was in hand ready to pay their BS diagnosis fee, yet they were still just gonna strand me without a car for the weekend if the right guy wasn't at the desk. Absolutely wild. So yeah, my car is currently at Delta V downtown getting the sensor replaced. And, surprise, surprise, I don't actually need a new starter. Pain in the ass to get there now that I don't live in the city anymore, but having a trustworthy car mechanic is so important. This place ain't it; avoid at all costs.

I was so thrilled to finally work with a saleswoman! Ragin took such good care of me and was a pleasure to work with. She answered all my questions about various Jetta models while we test drove them, and I asked a LOT of questions. If she wasn't 100% sure on something, she would find out. It wasn't a typical sales experience at a car dealership- I never once felt pressured, she was incredibly patient with me, and she gave me a lot of financing options to fit my needs. She made herself very accessible even after we closed the deal. I really liked the finance manager, Jonathan; he really worked with me on the OTD price, and the general manager Chris was, in my opinion, hilarious. Doing paperwork with him was a trip. Overall the dealership had a lot of models to choose from, lots of colors and different trim packages. We all know that buying a car can take hours sometimes, but they were pretty efficient. Looking forward to getting my car serviced there. Very professional atmosphere, but fun people. 10/10 would recommend.

Mo was so helpful and kind. I got a great deal for my vehicle and I absolutely love it. Mo is a trustworthy person that is fighting for you the customer to get the best price. There are a few stains on the inside and I cannot figure out how to remotely open the trunk lol, but Mo reached out to me so its all good. I am very happy with my purchase and recommend this dealership.
