Kris, my sales advisor was knowledgeable and patient with me, while Thomas the sales manager was cool too…we had a number of things in common and he didn’t mind chatting about them rather than pressuring me over the car. “I called about a Kia K5 and was told it was in stock still. I notified them I was on my way to look at the vehicle and it was already parked out front for me upon my arrival! Talked with Steve and he was reassuring during the process. As nervous as I felt (definitely didn't show it) he made me feel more relaxed and at ease. Was painless and simple, went on a test drive and I knew it was the car for me! Had my dad along with for support. Couldn't ask for better service than I received today with Steve. “First of all this is ridiculous how I brought my 2009 bmw 328xi in here for 3 recalls perfectly fine with no oil leaks or transmission leaks or anything . None of my hoses in my engine bay was loose ,everything in contact prior to bringing my car for service on Jan 28 . Now let me start off saying yes the car is old but everything was working fine . Car drove from Newport News to north chesterfield Jan 19 and still nothing wrong and no leaks and no hoses loose . Car drove around north chesterfield. Now my problem is I clearly drove my car from north chesterfield to this dealership for service on recalls that had nothing to do with my hoses and after picking up my car on Jan 29 after they kept my car a day to finished the recall, on my way home driving from the dealership with only 1.6 miles away from my exit my transmission start slipping and goes in limp mode and completely stop moving,after safety pulling over I open my hood to check what happened and immediately saw one of my hose connecting to the oil cooling housing on bottom of the fan/radiator was loose and came off and all my transmission fluid was leaking out from the loose hose making a huge spill of transmission fluid . I have call immediately back the dealership where they not only refused to fix this but then told me I would have to pay for them to put back the transmission fluid when my car had no leaks and was perfectly fine prior to this recall done . I’m am so upset for I was left stranded on the highway and had to pay a towe truck to towe my car home . And this is such an inconvenience where they saying they can’t and won’t help me even though I did not bring my car like that to them . It should be there responsible to fix the issue that arrive after there service done to my car and I didn’t even make it home after picking it”

“We stopped by to view a color we had seen online and left with a beautiful Adventurin Red 840 I x-Drive which happened to be on the showroom floor. What a great automobile!
