I arrived at Pearson Mazda under significant stress after a traumatic experience with my previous vehicle—a 2017 Honda HR-V whose transmission failed at 89,000 miles. After an unsuccessful attempt to replace the transmission due to an unreliable mechanic, I ultimately had no choice but to purchase a new car. As a result, I initially had little enthusiasm for the process. However, my experience quickly improved after meeting sales associate Phil Zblewski. He listened attentively to my situation, needs, and preferences, and efficiently guided me toward a vehicle I truly loved. Phil was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and supportive without ever applying pressure. He provided his direct contact information, promptly updated me on new arrivals, and answered all questions before and after the sale. He even encouraged me to take the 2025 Mazda CX-5 home overnight to ensure it met my expectations. Additionally, although I had already secured financing, his familiarity with my credit union made the process smooth and straightforward. After the purchase, I encountered an issue, but General Sales Managers, Mike Smith and Joey Devapalan ensured it was resolved to my complete satisfaction. The Financial Manager, Heidi Wajciechowski, and Business Manager, Mike Ezell, were also thorough and clear in reviewing optional add-ons and completing the paperwork. Overall, the atmosphere at Pearson Mazda was welcoming, professional, and supportive. I am sincerely grateful for the exceptional customer service I received throughout the entire process. After a lot of searching and comparing. We were very set on getting a Mazda cx-90. George was great at working with us to get the best option and the best price. And Heidi was amazing during the whole process as well. She was so informative and was great at making my daughter feel included during the long signing process. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you for the amazing help and I am so in love with my new car!

I had an outstanding experience at Pearson Mazda. George went above and beyond to help me find the right car for my needs. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for, thoughtfully balancing my preferences with my budget and offering honest, reliable guidance throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured, only genuinely supported. I trusted him to fine-tune the details and present the best possible option for me, and he absolutely delivered. Freddie and Mike were also great to work with. They were knowledgeable, approachable, and made sure everything moved along smoothly. From start to finish, the whole process felt organized, transparent, and stress-free. I highly recommend Pearson Mazda, especially George, Freddie, and Mike, for their professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service.

I had an excellent experience at Pearson Mazda thanks to Peter Ioannou, an outstanding sales associate who made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He gave me a great deal, was incredibly professional, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to thoroughly show me how to use all the features of my car and made sure I was completely comfortable before I left. On top of that, he was friendly, approachable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. He also introduced me to a Service Advisor when I asked questions about the Service department. After I had my car for a couple of days, he also reached out to ensure I was happy with my purchase and to assist me if I had any questions about my new car. I also must mention Scott Timberlake and Mike Ezell. My first interaction with Pearson was with Scott. I knew I was car shopping and used their “sell my car” feature on their website. He called me back immediately and after I answered a few questions, he invited me to stop in at any time that day and he would have the car I was interested in ready. When I got there, the car I was interested in, and eventually bought, was sitting right in front. When I walked in, he officially introduced himself and then proceeded to introduce me to Peter. While I did not have much interaction after that, he made the initial experience a positive one. Mike Ezell was also great. While I already had my financing determined before my visit, I still met with Mike to finalize everything. He quickly figured out how long I usually keep a car (6 to 7 years) and what was most important (reliability and a warranty) to me. I never felt pressure to buy any “add-ons,” but did purchase an extended warranty to ensure I am covered if anything major happens after the initial warranty runs out. Fortunately, with the reliability of the Mazda brand, I am not as concerned about mechanical issues in the future but am covered if anything happens. Overall, my experience was a great one! My plan that day was to visit multiple dealers and look at multiple cars. Fortunately, Peter and the rest of the team at Pearson Mazda made my day a lot more enjoyable by shutting that down quickly. I ended up buying at my first stop and left with a great car in a short amount of time. On a side note, I interacted with multiple people at the dealer that day and everyone was friendly and professional. I highly recommend going to Pearson Mazda and asking for Peter Ioannou if you are looking for a great car-buying experience!!

Frustrations and anxiety were taken away when we walked in the door. We explained what we wanted and asked many questions, the staff here are presentable, pleasant and knowledgeable. We were greeted with many smiles, Carrisa Ong, Freddy S and Heidi Wajciechowiski were top notch. We both had a very unpleasant visit with Whitten Brothers Mazda so we decided to take our business elsewhere. The cockiness of the staff steered us away, lack of knowledge of the product being sold was a major disappointment. As well as the not needed remark… “I have been working here for 5 years and I have never messed up a trade in value” remark was unprofessional and cocky. The best part about visiting Whitten brothers was running into an old class mate Eric L. Pearson Mazda was cheaper, gave us a very negotiated trade in value for our Kia K 5 and left us happier than we arrived. We would definitely recommend the Pearson family for others in the future.
