“I had been looking at a used 2022 Explorer online, we went to Parks Saturday morning. As were we waiting outside, we were greeted by Demond. He was wonderful through the whole process. He didn't push us to do anything we didn't want & he listened to us about what we wanted, he answered all of question & was very professional. He made the whole car buying experience amazing.
