“Excellent service! Respected my time. I love the text updates as they work on my car. I love that they use a mobile device for payment and come to you in the waiting area. I felt comfortable in the waiting area and could work while I waited. they drove up my car. I was told I needed a new passenger cabin filter I told them I could replace it myself-no haggling, no hassle and I was on my way!”

“I came in and met with David, sales advisor and I got to drive the car I wanted and enjoyed all the information given. I even upgraded the car that’s how satisfied I was. I will definitely recommend Moore Subaru and I drove home with my new car that’s I will most definitely enjoy… thank you David for your assistance 100 times better than my experience at the Honda dealership down the road…. My little girl was excited to try her new toy and her new car seat … : )”

“Thank you so much, Dumi, for making our car buying experience a smooth and simple process. All of the staff we interacted with were professional and treated us with kindness beyond reproach.
We had been searching for a new car after owning our Subaru Outback Touring for 8 plus years. To say the initial process at other dealerships was daunting, is an understatement. We were about to throw in the towel and just keep our old Subaru, rather than deal with old "tricks of the trade."
On January 31, 2026 we read excellent reviews online about Moore Subaru in Richmond, VA. Though the proximity from our home was 60 miles, they offered the exact car we were looking for with exceptional customer service.
Dumi, our sales consultant, was such a pleasure to interact with right through the completion of our sale. He answered all of our questions about the latest technology in the vehicle. Plus, encouraged us to drive it again (right after a major winter storm), to ensure the Forester Touring was the perfect model for us.
Upon leaving the dealership with our beautiful new car, Dumi handed us a small notebook and pen to write down any questions we may have about the car once we're on our own. Impressively, a technology professional from the dealership will call us in two weeks to set an appointment to go over any questions we may need answered.
Lastly, we arrived home to a personalized video from Dumi thanking us for becoming a new customer.

The service received from the sales team exceeded expectations. Plus, the vehicle was delivered before the recent snow and ice apocalypse, so I could experience the surefooted reliability provided in extreme conditions.

“I cannot say enough good things about my experience in purchasing a new 2025 Subaru Forester at your dealership!!! I traded in my 2017 Forester, which I loved and had previously thought I would drive “into the ground” until I would purchasing a new car. Once I met Giada D’Antonio, and test drove a new Forester, I changed my mind. Giada was very professional and did not use any high pressure tactics to just make a sale. She listened to me and educated me on all the improved features of a 2025 Forester. She really made me feel like I was her most important customer and she did not rush me through the process. I was shocked by how much smoother this new Subaru Forester drives. I actually look forward to driving to/from work now. The drivers seat has great lumbar support. When driving my 2017 Forester I always used a pillow/pad to support my lower back- no more need for that! Being of “petite” stature, I have always had difficulty with the headrest in a car’s driver’s seat, but the headrest in my new Forester works well for short and tall drivers (just ask my tall husband). Giada also did a great job going over all the features on my new Forester; what an upgrade! A definite added incentive was the 0% APR. Kevin in the Finance Dept. was super helpful and capable in helping me come up with a payment plan that fit within my budget and I also, for the first time, took advantage of investing in warranty coverage. The experience of purchasing, and owning a Subaru Forester from the Moore dealership, has given me great peace of mind. When you think about how much time we spend in our cars, it makes total sense to be safe and enjoy the ride. . Thanks Giada and the entire Moore dealership💕.
