“We had an amazing experience working with Ciera and Mo at Haley. Everyone was kind and excited for us! We really needed to trade in our old VW and get something more problem free. We did the research on the vehicles in our price range. Saw one at the Laburnum location and drove out to test it... didn't like it- so we pivoted to looking on the lot. Now we are proud Jeep owners!!! Pro tip: Get pre approval from your bank or credit union first, then shop the dealerships they partner with. It makes it much easier.”

“I decided to give their service dept a try after a pretty rough experience with another Jeep dealership, everyone here was so friendly and it was obvious they cared about their customers and everyone seemed so happy, they must like their jobs too! From the phone call scheduling to making payment with the cashier, everyone was awesome. Ciera Ridley greeted us super bubbly. She got right to work helping us with a car we saw online. She got us to test drive it, worked the numbers and BAM; we have a new vehicle. “My tire came off on the highway after being serviced. No one took responsibility. But they did offer me a trade-in!
(Photo) Service date was 10/24/24. Front axel was replaced. Invoice was paid on 10/26/24. My car was towed back to the dealership from the scene of the accident. It was then declined for further service.”
