“Eloy is absolutely exceptional. No high pressure sales tactics and the entire experience was done at our pace and the way we wanted. Every other dealership will use high stress tactics and talk down to you as we experienced this multiple times throughout the area. This never occurred here and everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly and cared about what we wanted out of our experience. Got a great truck at a great deal. Without asking, they even held the vehicle from being seen since we had an appointment so it wouldn’t be sold from under us. We will be going back here if we ever need another vehicle.”

“Had some oil tank and break light problems with my car, both solved in the same day! Chelsea was so lovely to talk to and was efficient in getting my car fixed. I was sent pictures of all the problems along with a price estimate and was able to talk to them about any questions!”

“Everyone at this dealership is amazing! But Mr. Bruce Harris & the manager are the two most amazing people on that team.
They will NEVER force you into buying what they want you to have. They get you the best deal possible while sitting and talking and laughing at jokes. They make the sale go smoothly and in the end you will be driving off in your new vehicle.
This is my 3rd vehicle I've purchased from them and my family has purchased as well.

“I had a very disappointing experience with Haley GMC’s Service Department that left me questioning their attention to detail and honesty.
I've been in twice for service. The first visit was back in August for an oil change and tire rotation. The 2nd time this week for the 6.2L recall check.
During the last visit, the service advisor insisted that my oil change interval was 5,000 miles, even though my owner’s manual clearly states 7,500. When I pointed that out, instead of admitting the mistake, she blamed it on “thinking I had the diesel,” which was ironic considering I was there for the well-known 6.2L recall, which she wrote up.
Additionally, their technician had to have used an impact gun on my wheel lock key, tightening it so much that it broke. That kind of carelessness can easily damage expensive parts and create unnecessary headaches for customers. On top of that, they didn't tell me. I had to discover it on my own when I went to do a tire rotation.
Lastly, they told me my front brakes were “unsafe” and needed immediate replacement. My vehicle’s dash indicator showed over 46% pad life remaining, so I went to another GMC dealer for a second opinion. Sure enough, they confirmed the pads were fine and didn’t need to be replaced. To make matters worse, Haley’s quote was almost double what other shops charge for the same job.
Between the misinformation, lack of accountability, and questionable upselling, I won’t be returning to Haley GMC for service. I’d recommend anyone needing work done to double-check what they’re told and consider getting a second opinion before agreeing to any repairs.”
