“My experience at this location was great with Misty my service person. She was great in trying to answer my every question and fulfill my concerns. However I was not pleased with the service from the technicians/mechanics as they did not give me what I was looking for in a complete diagnostic test. I was told the reason the test was so expensive was because it took around two hours to thoroughly complete the test but the tech came back with the diagnosis in thirty minutes saying I needed an auxiliary battery not knowing I had just bought a new battery less than a week earlier. This proved he did not give my car the thorough check I was told would take two hours to complete. If he had he would have known that wasn't the problem. If I had taken his word I would have driven away paying $170.00 and the issue would have still been there. I would not put trust in any future mechanic service at this location.”
