“We have been searching for several months now for a specific truck to use around the farm. We love Toyota Tacomas but we didn’t have a large budget and love the Tacoma motor. We know they are reliable trucks, especially in snow etc. using the 4x4! We were actually in Lexington going to look at another truck when Justain Jones responded back to a message on FB for this 2007 Tacoma we sent prior to leaving Frankfort. We headed to Richmond and were greeted with friendly faces! We test drove the truck made an offer and deal was done in a matter of less than 10 minutes. When we first arrived I saw a sign in the bathroom that let me know I was in the right place. (Photo attached) The dealership just took the truck in trade and had not been serviced or anything as it was about closing time on a Friday evening. The dealership serviced the vehicle on Saturday morning and brought the truck to our farm! This is customer service at its finest! We have a Ford truck and trade a lot so Gates will definitely be seeing us again in the near future for more business. I have to say that we have been to hundreds of dealerships across the country and this one, just down the interstate from us, is by far the nicest, cleanest, most respectful, top notch dealership we have ever been to!”

“Very good prices on their vehicles. They also offer solid trade-in values. I traded in 2 vehicles here for a truck they had. They had the truck at such a good deal, it was unbelievable. I contacted them, and asked about the truck they had, unfortunately the salesman didn't know much about it, however he also didn't pretend to, which is always nice to have someone who will be honest and not just tell you what you want to hear to get a sale. The process was smooth, very courteous and quick with the entire process. They also never tried to change the deal on me after I drove over 3 and a half hours to the dealership, which so many like to do now. The only negative thing I can say, is whoever does their online posts of their vehicles, is clueless on the information they post in the descriptions. Which is very unfortunate. The truck i bought, their description showed it having an axle ratio that doesn't exist on the type of truck, and the truck i sold them has completely incorrect information. Again, this is the ONLY negative I can say, and I will absolutely buy from here again in the future. Buy from here, but definitely do your own research on the vehicle you're looking to purchase.”
