“My husband bought a 2024 f150 sold as new with a sticker price of $60,000. The internet price was $50,000 which included over $11,000 wetzel discounts. That is how they hooked him. He didnt know it had 4700 miles with wetzels explaining it was a demo. Those miles are high for a 1 year old truck. Should have got at least 15% discount and they only gave him around 3500. Was used as a loaner, company vehicle, etc.? Which would be indicative of a used car and not new commanding a much lower sales price. That $50,000 truck became a $56,464 price of vehicle at point of sale. Our bad for lack of knowledge and shame on you wetzel becausei think you took advantage of us. Buyers beware”

“We have not had any good experiences with Wetzel Ford. We bought a 2018 Chevy Trax that the salesperson assured us that it is a great car but less than 6 months into purchasing the vehicle the brakes are bad and the AC doesn’t work. Also he promised that damage to the paint of the vehicle would be fixed by the body shop after we signed for the vehicle but when it came down to it they could only buff it and that be that. We shouldn’t have signed for the vehicle before his promises were upheld. Furthermore, I just called and got quoted a price to have 1 key replaced and was told a $199 price with a $89 service fee to cut the key. After making numerous calls to the dealership, no one followed up with me like they said they would, and having my only vehicle towed to them, they had me pay for 2 keys. I did not need 2 keys, only the 1 so it ended up being well over $500. I was so taken aback that I wanted to tell them I didn’t even want the keys now since Pardos said they would’ve done it right on the spot anyways. Next time I will call someone local and more trustworthy than Wetzel.”

“So a transfer case issue with my 19 f-150 was discovered by ford technicians. I had an extended warranty that I didn’t know if they would cover the repair. Communication between ford and the warranty company and myself was excellent. The repair was completed and covered by the warranty co. and back to me with minimal downtime. Their repair work , warranty for two years. It’s not my first rodeo with this dealership and they have not let me down. My thanks to their whole team. Respectfully Anthony Myers”

“Where do I begin? I brought my Lincoln in last week that had a service code showing up when I had the oil changed. I was looking to sell the car so I explained to the service rep that I wanted that fixed so I could sell the vehicle. They called me that morning and said that it would be $800 to fix the service code. I agreed. He also said they would have their sales guy give me a call and see what they were willing to offer for the Lincoln. Later that day the service rep called again to let me know that they fixed the service code, but now the airbag light was on. He said it would be $1,500 to fix this to get the light off the dash. I was extremely confused as this light wasn’t on when I dropped it off and they didn’t mention it until I was about to pick it up. They had no explanation. I even asked them when they handed me the service papers because it wasn’t on it and their explanation was that they didn’t see the light until they had the other service code fixed. The sales guy then called and offered me $12,000 when their KBB offer online was $16,500. It was evident the sales guy doesn’t know what he’s doing or he’s just scamming people. Today I took the car to Dayton & they simply hit a button to turn the airbags back on and the airbag light went off (the one Wetzel wanted me paying $1,500 for) & the dealership in Dayton bought my Lincoln for $18,000. They couldn’t believe someone offered me $12,000 for a Lincoln with only 30,000 miles. Multiple people made the comment I was either getting scammed or they don’t know what they’re doing so…fair warning.”

“We were on our way to VA when our F-350 with 9,000 miles on it started to misfire. Google showed us that Wetzel ford was the closest Ford dealer so we limped into the parking lot. As soon as we could drop our trailer the service department had the truck inside for diagnoses. When it wasn’t an easy fix like we hoped, they kept looking into it until it got to a point where it was a catastrophic repair and would take some time to fix, keeping us informed the entire time. This poses a problem because we had a commitment in VA we had to get to. This is where the Owner of Wetzel Ford stepped in and loaned us a vehicle to get to our destination, while they take care of our truck and try to get it repaired for our return trip. I can’t say enough about how courteous the entire staff and their excellent customer service!!!! Thank you!”
