“Finally a good car shopping experience. Drew was at the desk inside and didn't ambush me for the sale as soon as I arrived on property. He was attentive even having 3 customers at once (he keep each person's transactions information private and knew what everyone needed without feeling pushed aside. I have been told one thing only to have the dealers change pricing even though they told me the price over the phone But not at Cronin I inquired about a Nissan Pathfinder over the phone Rick (my sales guy) was honest and upfront with me. He told me the price , sent me an offer sheet as to what my Pathfinder would cost. I drove 2 1/2 hours only to find every single thing he said was true The amount never changed to what we agreed too from the offer sheet through the financing I would highly recommend this dealership and Rick my sales guy. Would I drive 2 1/2 hours again to purchase a car. From this dealer. Yes. Yes. Yes. We love our new Parhfinder. And I was very impressed with how I was treated start to finish.”

I was buying the car out of state and they had all the paperwork lined up that I needed to sign without any discrepancies from what we agreed upon over the phone. Josh was really communicative between not only me but the sales manager Stephen to get the deal finalized. He was very thorough explaining the features when I picked up my new car as well as presenting the correct vehicle I was going to purchase online and over the phone. The dealership had the car ready for me to drive off the lot and it made the experience not only easy but made me feel good. The rest of the staff including Ronnie the finance manager and Jeff the guy who picked me up from the airport were extremely polite.
