Gus in service helped keep a claim moving for a mutual customer. He stayed responsive, handled the details without turning it into a long back and forth, and made sure the information we received actually matched the repair plan. Professional, steady communication. I would work with Gus again.

Doug Campbell is THEEEEEEE BEST, GREATEST...etc. Not just with me, I've seen this man interacted with his customers and co-workers. Mr. Campbell is kind, knowledge, professional to the damn "T" He has never let me down, I can definitely state this honestly. He is a genuine man with a wonderful soul, I thank you dearly Dodge for hiring him. Mr. Campbell is definitely a keeper, amen 🙏🏾

I am leaving this review with fear of retaliation as my vehicle is still in the service department where it has been for over a month. Now I understand parts delay and incorrect shipments as I myself also work in the automotive industry. What I don't understand is the lack of communication from the service advisor Gus. Every time I want an update it has to be me that calls him. He has not once called me to give me an update. I always call him. He says it's because he doesn't like to call and bother when he has no information but that's exactly why he should call. The last time I called was on October 13th and was told by Gus that the new eta of the part of the 20th. 1 am writing this on the 26th after giving him a week to call me with an update. I am assuming the part has again not arrived and when I call in to get an update, it will have a new eta. Which again, is okay, but CALL ME AND TELL ME THAT!! Don't wait for me to call in.

We had a 60k mile service from this place. Cost $1500, a week later almost broke down because there was no coolant in the car. The manager tried to tell me it has nothing to do with them. Says that adding coolant wasn’t part of the service, which in itself is laughable at that price, but even if they didn’t add coolant why didn’t they flag the leak, if that’s what the issue is? Really poor work. Avoid. UPDATE - the reason I went to hilltop was my car was making a whining noise, which turns out was because my water pump had a leak in it. Hilltop did not discover the leak and had no idea to even look for it. I have now had a real mechanic fix it.

The TL/DR of this review is: go buy an American made vehicle from a union manufacturer from a really genuine dude named Cesar. I didn’t even want to buy a car. I DEFINITELY didn’t want a jeep, and I ABSOLUTELY UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES wanted another hybrid. Anyway, we drove out of there with the absolute bluest grand Cherokee 4xe you’ve ever seen and I could not be happier. My Volvo was totaled a few weeks ago and yesterday was the first day we had to go look at vehicles. On the way in we met a really really nice guy named Cesar who turned out to be the actual god of auto sales. We bought a car in less than 3 hours (I could probably end this review right there. It was awesome). We got a legit deal on their 2022 showroom grand Cherokee that probably needed to sell soon anyway. It had just been marked down, and they were as transparent as they could be about pricing and what they were able to do for us. It felt like real, old school, honest customer service (not that new s&!t the kids are doing). I’m sure they still made money but I’m really really happy with the deal we made. The car is great. We never felt pressured. Cesar and the rest of the staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. I have zero remorse and they really did right by us. I’m definitely sending family and friends over to Cesar at hilltop for vehicles and you should, too.
