“took my car in for a simple oil change and it ended up taking over 6 hours. That alone is unacceptable for such a basic service. To make it worse, I later received an email saying my car had been washed and the tire pressure was set. Neither of those things were actually done. If it takes 6 hours just to change the oil, and the other services they claim to do aren’t even done, how can I trust the rest of their work? Completely disappointing experience.”
