“This is hands down the best Land Rover dealership in Minnesota.
If you only care about the sales experience, both the Richfield and Minneapolis (Wayzata) locations deliver. But where Richfield truly stands out is in their post-sale service department — and that’s where the Minneapolis dealerships fall short.
Too often, service departments are rude, unresponsive, and inconsiderate of your time. They don’t return calls, they ignore follow-ups, and they rarely address feedback after a visit. Unfortunately, that was my experience with the Wayzata location. They were unhelpful and made the process feel fragmented from start to finish.
By contrast, when I stopped into Land Rover Richfield, everything changed. The team there went above and beyond, they handled every detail I needed, cared about the entire experience, and made me feel valued as a customer. From my Jaguar buyback to purchasing my new vehicle, the Richfield team made it seamless.
Honestly, if not for them, I probably would’ve ended up in an Audi or Mercedes. But because of Richfield’s warm hospitality, genuine care, and excellent vehicle lineup, I stayed in the Land Rover (JLR) family — and I’m glad I did.
Huge shoutout to Nancy Walsh in Finance for making everything smooth and straightforward, and Cole in Sales for delivering a 10/10 experience. If you’re buying a Land Rover in Minnesota, Richfield is the place to go!”
