UPDATE 1/28/2026 a few days over a month after getting this car. I had brought the car twice back to Griffith for the servicing center which the Mechanic Dan, was the one who drove the vehicle to see if he felt the shake and the first time he fixed the heat plates saying that was what was causing the shake a week or two later I brought it back because the shaking was still happening, this time I was in the car with him and even pointed out when it started shaking and he said he didn’t feel it. So I upon myself brought this vehicle to McCarthy’s a reliable and honest shop and the gentleman took care of me very well, they fixed the tire pressure sensor that’s been on since the day I bought the car, the battery to the sensor was dead and needed a new sensor, on top of the fact that they drove the car and felt the shake, they checked the balancing of the tires and said they weren’t balanced which could cause shaking, so they also balanced my tires. The fact that it’s been only a few days over a month after getting this car and I’m having to have things fixed and done when it should’ve been done prior to me getting the car is absolutely ridiculous. I spent $152.00 to fix things that shouldn’t have been bad from the getco. They obviously sell people lemons. I wasn’t concerned at the fact he car was NOT detailed prior to me getting it either but it makes me now concerned because what else was neglected on this vehicle before selling it to me? I’m dissatisfied with the servicing center and I don’t recommend them at all. The sales people are sweet and helpful but I’m starting to second guess the honesty and faithfulness, seems like they don’t care as long as they are making a commission check from making the sale. This makes me sad.”
