Louis Jackson was my salesman, he was so helpful! He met my monthly goal with ease and got me in the car I wanted. Would recommend, thank you so much!! I will say, there was no coffee creamer or sugar, so my coffee was pretty bland, but it’s all water under the bridge.

Had the best experience here! Thank you to Mike White, Emily, and Mark!! They made me feel welcome, at home, and hands down it was the greatest team of people to help me get an amazing car! Emily was so sweet and knowledgeable- very personable, I loved working with her! Mark their manager took great care of me and answered any and every question I could think of. Mike White gave me the best deal on a car I absolutely love! Will definitely be back to do more business with these great people.

My mom has a 2008 350Z that needed suspension work asap. I came in one Monday morning without an appointment, and service took me right in, and the vehicle was being looked at within 30 minutes. I was so impressed. Next, I was assigned an amazing advisor named Jia, and he not only took the time to hear my concerns, but proceeded to offer me a variety of suggestions as to how we should approach this service. This being an older car, the solutions were not straightforward. But Jia hung in there with me, until we arrived at a solution that would not break the bank. The vehicle was serviced within 24 hours, and my mom found to her amazement that it drives like new. I am so impressed with the level of service and professionalism that I received from everyone. Especially so with Jia, who was just so wonderful to work with. It is never fun to have to deal with car trouble, but solid experiences like this are very much welcome. Mom is indeed in good hands. Thank you all for your service!

I have been working with this dealership for many years. I bought a car from Clay Cooley of Irving and got horrible service there. And decided to take my car to Nissan Richardson for all my repairs and oil change. This year I decided I would trade in the 2021 Nissan Altima that had 25,000 miles on it and upgrade to a used Rogue. My only request was that my payment stay the same and I wouldn’t go over 36 months 48 would be a max!! Well, that Saturday I dealt with the used car salesman. And I found the rogue that I liked. Everything sounded great until it was time to go over the car and sign the papers. there were two things that I asked that they replace on the car because it was unsafe. One was the passenger’s back tire and to see why the camera wasn’t working on the driver side. I was told by the used car sales manager they wouldn’t look at the camera because they don’t know how much that would cost them and that I shouldn’t worry about the tire because it passes inspection. I’m not worried about passing inspection. I’m worried about my safety. So I go to Firestone to get two new tires after I purchased the car which cost $300 apiece so I held off. Forgot to say Firestone couldn’t get any tires off anyways because Nissan didn’t provide me with a lock. I called up there spoke to the salesman. He said he would get with the manager and get back with me. Still haven’t heard from anybody and they didn’t give me a second key to the car.😡🙄😬 12/17/25 UPDATE so as you can see Angela and Luis contacted me do to review I wrote. So to shorten the story took care of back up there for them to call and tell me camera needs replaced for $1000.00 ….SUCH BAD BUSINESS!!!DONT GO TO CLAY COOLEY

I purchased my new 2025 Frontier Pro-X truck Nov 2025 @ Clay Cooley Nissan Richardson. Needed to finance. Had/have pretty good credit history. Unfortunately, here at Clay Cooley Richardson my payments are higher than should have been. They played on my emotions and wants verses my need. Even with nearly 25% down, I got sweet-talked into making a hasty decision. I do have serious regrets that I didn't pay more attention. (demand to see the complete numbers before you sign) additional issues I encountered tomotivate me to write negative review: 1. I did the paperwork to buy the vehicle and -then- the vehicle got exterior washed. The dirty/dusty exterior made it difficult to see any paint quality issues or exterior defects. My vehicle did have paint issues once I looked closer when back at home when I had more time. 2. Got 2 parts included. They took up to 3 weeks to come in. No updates provided or time-frame given for delivery or install. Zero progress calls or status updates. One of the ordered accessories came in, it appeared to look used OR left in the sun for 3 yrs. I rejected it and new one had to be reordered. (must be very observant at the dealership) 3. Came back in to address paint issues and set appointment to bring back truck. Left vehicle 4 days to have clear coat damage paint corrected. Came back to pick it up and paint wasn't touched and a small drivers-side door dent not removed. All agreed upon would happen. 4. Left it again to have hood's clear coat fixed, dent removed and a Nissan part installation. Required drilling mounting holes in the hood which i thought their techs could do. Failed again to do a good job on the paint correction and the part instalation was poorly done. Also, dried paint/markings left on the truck's paint after install. Can't do things over because holes were drilled. 5. To get the exterior paint fixed, I had to go out and buy paint correction tools and materials to do the buff/polish myself. Got it looking much better on my own, but still not new car perfect. 6. Calling into the dealership is excessively difficult. Not easy to get a hold of a specific person, get help, or find out info. Their automated A.I. phone system is pretty terrible. Put on hold after hold and left on hold, and then hung up on multiple times. Staff also doesn't seem to have the means to know who you are or track progess you've made at the dealership. Front desk receptionist, who's nice, should be able to look your name and see documentation who you've been working with. Hopefully, if they read these comments and reviews, than they can change things and do a lot better. I want them to get better and more efficient. There are some nice people there and they do work hard. It's just the bigger mechanics of the overall dealership, also the folks working the number that need to change and work better. -My opinion.
