I was sold gap insurance and told it was illegal to drive off the lot without it. After getting a lawsuit check from the FTC I’m sure there was other junk fees added on to the cost of my vehicle. I was lied to by my sales agent Lance about upgrades the vehicle didn’t have. He also got pen on my cars dashboard (It’s still stained there 2 years later.) Once I brought that to Dan Townes’ attention, it was installed at no cost and I was given a free detailing. However, I live in a different state so I had to drive 250 miles just to get it fixed. It shouldn’t be THAT hard to be honest and serve customers with the care and dignity they deserve.”
