“We are very happy with our sales experience at Ruge’s Subaru. We started looking at new Subarus at a different dealer but stopped after the sales person didn’t know the answers to various vehicle questions we had (we had to look up answers on the web and email the info to him). We dealt with Steven Dinelli, who was helpful and not pushy. Ruge’s found the car we wanted on the day we put down our deposit, and we picked up the car with our requested options 6 days later. Ruge’s prices are definitely better than the other dealer we first went to, as well. We picked up a few accessories in the Parts Department the same day we picked up the new car, and the discount was great. Overall, the experience was so much better than the other dealer. Happy we went to Ruge’s Subaru.”

“This is actually another 6 STAR review. I can't say enough (good!) about Ruge's Subaru Service. The people, the quality of their work, their great communication, and their new facility are impeccable. This coming from someone with a lifetime of 'dealership suspicion'! I've been taking my Crosstrek to Ruge's Subaru for a couple years now and have consistently been really pleased. Recently I was getting exhaust fumes in the cabin so scheduled a service appointment The repair estimate (to replace the catalytic converter) was about the value of the entire car! In shock (and I don't shock easily) I asked the service writer if there were any possibilities to lower the cost of the repair. It took a few days, but Ruge's creatively found a way repair the car at a *significantly* lower price! I'm here to sing their praises! I think this was the best car repair / dealer experience I've ever had! Thanks Ruge's. I'm now a dedicated Ruge's.. and Subaru.. customer!”
