“Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and professionalism at this dealership. After purchasing and taking delivery of my vehicle, I later learned that this was handled as a spot delivery, meaning the loan was not fully approved at the time. This was never clearly explained to us before or after signing the paperwork. Customers were allowed to take vehicles home first, and only later were asked to submit additional documents such as tax returns. If the loan was not approved, customers were then required to return the vehicle. None of this was clearly disclosed during the purchase process. After taking delivery, Sharon sent us a brief email demanding that we submit two years of tax returns ASAP, otherwise the vehicle would be taken back. This was the first time we were informed of this requirement. Sharon’s emails were unprofessional and unclear. There was no proper explanation before or after signing the paperwork. Instead, we received short messages demanding documents, as if the issue was our fault, when in reality we were never informed that the loan had not been fully approved at the time of delivery. This created unnecessary stress and pressure. When we tried to get clarification, Sharon and Luis (sale manager) avoided communication. Feedback email was ignored, calls were not returned, and no clear explanation was provided. We were also told that just one weekend, multiple customers had to return their vehicles because their financing was not approved. This shows a concerning pattern, not an isolated case. Fortunately, Patrick in Finance took responsibility, explained the situation clearly, and made an effort to help resolve the issue professionally. We appreciate his support. Future customers: please ask very clearly whether your loan is fully approved before taking delivery, and whether your deal is a spot delivery. Transparency and respect are essential. Unfortunately, this dealership failed in that area.”

“Clyde, our salesman, was terrific! But the manager lied to us. He stated (in writing) that he would reimburse us to have a couple of dings taken out of the body panels (as we live 200 miles away). I sent receipts and pics to him three times, and all I got back from him was

“I bought a 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander from the Mitsubishi company, and I got several packages, including a lifetime oil change package. However, for us, they only did the oil change three times, and afterward, each time it costs about $99, or sometimes $350, or even $75, depending on what’s being done. They charge us every time for different things, like changing the filter or something else. But with the oil change package, they still charge you $99 each time. So, I want to warn all Mitsubishi customers to be careful about these packages, because they don’t really stick to their promises and may not honor what they initially said.”

“I called and spoke to the service manager (I apologize I didn’t catch his name) about a potential recall on my vehicle. He had a pleasant voice and was kind, courteous and helpful in assisting me. He then transferred me over to Sharon. Sharon was so kind and helpful to me about taking information down for me to get my vehicle appraised then I was able to make an appointment to come down to get a free appraisal. When I arrived I was greeted by Sharon and another sales agent lady. I was offered beverage and pop corn. The location was clean, great lighting and overall pleasant to be in. Andy is the sales manager and took over for Sharon in assisting us. Andy, Sharon and the service manager (sorry again I didn’t catch your name 😬) was very personable, relatable, kind and helpful. Not only were they welcoming but they helped me with all good intentions and didn’t pressure me to sell, buy or trade. I wanted to give this review because I know there’s a bad reputation that sales men and women get for doing their job just to feed their family like anyone else, but not these people. If I were in the position to buy, sell, trade or get service I definitely will be going to Younker Mitsubishi. Thank you again for great service.”
